  Volume 40 (2026) of Proceedings of the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics of the NAS of Ukraine opens with a commemorative publication dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Roald Mikhailovich Trigub. The issue also includes six research papers covering current topics in mathematics, applied mathematics, and mechanics. The published contributions address mapping theory, mathematical modeling of rigid-body motion, sampling methods, geometric estimates in complex analysis, compassless automata collectives on lattice graphs, and numerical methods for nonlinear boundary value problems.
